Directions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the pork belly cubes in a bowl, and season with salt and smoked paprika (if using). Toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the pork belly cubes on the baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25 minutes, flipping it halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
